Very difficult to report a problem and the Bot just keeps returning to the same point asking the same question. Our booking was not recognised by P&O even though we had the DF booking ref and the P&O one. All details looked correct. The reception said that this issue is happening multiple times. We sat in a queue for well over an hour and you can imagine what the people behind thought when we delayed them even further. P&O said always book direct with them ,the price is the same and you will not have the same issue and will have recourse to them! Will do so in future.
