My original fireplace was not made anymore so I picked another. Delivery was good, all packaging removed and they placed it where I wanted. The fire is now up and running after I paid someone to install. Love it, looks great and throws out lots of heat. Will be buying another for my other fireplace soon. Recommend this company.
