My first dealing with Direct Golf was when I ordered a pair of golf shoes. They were delivered to my door, in the outback of Spain, within the time stated. Unfortunately the shoes developed a fault and I returned them free of charge from England. They were replaced without question and a new pair were delivered to Spain at no cost to me. Just recently I ordered more items from Direct Golf and they were delivered to my local correos (post office) within the week with no problems.
