No problem at all with the ordering and collection of my goods. One point I would make is that I found it a little strange to be charged a delivery fee when I was collecting the goods from a store myself (more so when I found that the balls were still at 'sale' price in store and could have got them cheaper by not ordering online and not paying delivery charge).
