I phoned for an update on my order : couldn't get through was on the line for too long - gave up an emailed then got a response in 20 mins, with the comment "oh the phones have been very quiet that's why we responded so quick". Oh thanks very much been on for a while!
You may wish to know this - I'll let you determine the learns you want to take from it. I suggest your comms lines are brocken!
