Told that my order placed last Saturday week would be sent out last Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Goods did not arrive so contacted Customer Services on Tuesday evening to learn that goods had not been sent. It took my telephone call to ensure that goods were sent on Thursday, which arrived on Friday 4th July..
Not impressed with service which was always good in the past. Very disappointed.
