Superb customer service from point of order to delivery. I was telephoned by Mark the day after the online order was placed who provided some much welcomed advice regarding customising the clubs that I had purchased. The clubs arrived within a few days though unfortunately they were not the correct set. Profuse apologies were given and the error was rectified within 24 hours.
