Ordered 3 items from the DG website on 7th July 2015 paying standard delivery(3-5 days). I received a confirmation email that stated that one of the items was out of stock. I waited over a week and no delivery. I contacted the DG helpline and was informed that they were waiting for the out of stock item to arrive. After checking that item will be available in a months time. The helpline assistant was very helpful and apologetic and found an alternative item and sorted delivery straight away. Items as now arrived over 2 weeks after the order was sent. The out of stock item should have been flagged on checkout not after order
