I paid for next working day service but didn't get it until the day after that. When I queried it you had received the order later than the 4pm deadline it appears. I had a receipt from PayPal at 1300ish and you refunded my £4.99. Many thanks for that - but there does seem to be a glitch here that you need to be aware of. I assume that if I order before 4pm it is ok but how do i know when you receive the order? Hope this helps.
