Ordered an item for shipment to store. Delivery to the store was quick as promised, but despite the fact that the order confirmation was stating that the store would contact me when the item was delivered to the store, the store never contacted me.
I had to check out the courier tracking info myself to find out that item was delivered to the store. ... I thought that was just very poor.
