One word - Easy!
Ordered a Ping golf bag for my husband's birthday, was in stock and delivered quickly. The shirt I wanted was not in stock in his size so will have to order separately, unfortunately this will probably incur a delivery charge which I was hoping to avoid ;-)
Overall - pleased with the service I received.
