Whilst the overall service from Direct Golf on-line was good the experience was badly spoiled by poor service from Parcel Force. Having paid for next day delivery and expecting as I had experienced with other suppliers, a regularly updated Tracking service so that I could plan my day, Parcel Force posted one message "Loaded on van for delivery" at 05.34hrs. No further information was made available and so my whole day was wasted. I will not use the on-line service again unless another Courier is used.
Direct Golf did respond to my complaint and offered a small but welcome recompense.
