Bought a GPS for someone's birthday and needed express Saturday delivery which I paid for.
However, the delivery took too long (Monday) meaning birthday missed. Disappointing as I could have bought the watch in time from another vendor.
Direct Golf did refund the postage costs but still doesn't account for the poor service.
