I had misinterpreted an online offer and queried it via the online chat window. Once it was explained (and it wasn't devil in the detail gobbledygook), I was very pleasantly surprised when the direct golf sales person I was chatting to said "We can do you a deal anyway". One promptly delivered purchase later I'm a happy golfer.
