I am a very satisfied customer, both online and at their Peterborough and Cambridge stores. Without exception, the staff are knowledgeable helpful and friendly. The service in the stores is on the same level as I find in John Lewis. The aim appears to be, to exceed the customer's expectations. When I have bought online, all my purchases have been dispatched within 24 hours.
One area for improvement; find a courier service that matches the Direct Golf level of service. Parcel Force is a long way behind and there are better couriers out there.
