I returned a jacket to the Edinburgh store and the staff there werent very helpful, but after calling customer services and speaking to Rebecca my problems were resolved quickly and efficently.
Goods always arrive quickly and never had any problems here, i look forward to continue to buy from Direct Golf as i find them the best for quality and prices.
