I placed my order some weeks ago, but received no confirmation e-mail and nothing appeared against my account (and indeed still is not), though funds were taken for the order. It was only on following up some time later that I found the system had failed. In the communications with staff afterwards though they were prompt in returning my e-mails, I was left with an impression of wanting to close the matter quickly rather than getting the items that I wanted. As it was two of the items I'd ordered were out of stock, so I had to substitute one for a more expensive version and cancel the other. In the end my revised order was less than I had paid, but I've yet to receive any refund.
