I had to return a pair of dryjoys as the left shoe was letting in after 4 months. The customer service was fantastic. No hassle, told how to return at no expense and received new shoes within 3 days of initial contact with direct golf. A lot of companies could learn from this quality of service. I have used Direct Golf before and will certainly do so again!
