Not happy. It took forever to receive my tailor-made three wood. Despite chasing direct golf and promises made about next day delivery it finally happened on the third attempt (July to September).
This is not the first time I have had problems. I purchased golf shoes which would not fit. I phoned customer service saying I wanted to exchanged for a more expensive pair. They agreed that I would return the original pair and they would forward the new pair and take the difference from my credit card. I returned the original pair same day, other shoes never arrived. After phoning customer service they admitted knowing of the request but, forgot to action. I bought the shoes elsewhere.
Looks like I will have to do my golf shopping elsewhere, your sales support is terrible.
