Paid £4.95 to have next day delivery, ordered before 16:00 on 7/9, dispatched before 16:00 on 7/9 but did not arrive in Scotland until 09:00 on the 9/9. Had waited in most of the day on the 8/9 with no joy. Had to go to local post office to collect on the afternoon of the 9th. What was the point of paying for next day delivery?
