The utter lack of communication, customer service, willingness to accept things were their fault, quickness to blame others and unwillingness to try and rectify issues is STAGGERING.
On top of all the issues, I am STILL awaiting my order (4 days late, but that only tells half the story)
I would be interested to hear how willing Direct Golf is to honour the Chairman's please of money back if not happy. I am sure they will find some excuse not to stand by that.
