I purchased a new Ping G30 Senior/ Soft Shaft Diver. Im a long standing customer and have used Golf Direct repeatedly in the past. Ive always been happy with the tele sales service you provide, and have found the sales guys very helpful. My only disappointment this time was when ordering my new driver, I requested a gold thickness "Ping" grip and you were not prepared to accommodate without me sacrificing the 20% discount you offered me.
