I bought a new battery using Direct Golf on-line (first time I have attempted to buy anything on-line) I didn't understand the promo code system and so was not credited with the 20% discount on offer (I should have listen to my wife who has more practice and understands this )
I rang Direct Golf help-line who said no problem and immediately credited the Pay-pal account with the difference. Great customer service and will definitely shop with Direct Golf again although will probably go to the store or get the wife to do the computer stuff
