I ordered an Adams wood on 20th Sept using the 20% off discount code. The website showed this item in stock for delivery or collection. I selected free delivery. 4 days later on 24th Sept my order was still showing as 'pending' so placed a call to the customer service dept who in fairness were quick to respond and promised it would be sent that day with 'next day' delivery. It is now 27th Sept and I still do not have my item. This is the only the 2nd online order I have placed with Direct Golf and it was a very similar story with the first. There are numerous other options online for golf items so I will be exercising my discretion and shopping elsewhere in future. Cheap prices are no good if the items don't get delivered.
