I ordered a Gps watch and some balls on Wednesday evening with next day delivery and expected to receive these on Friday before we departed for a golf holiday first thing on Saturday. When nothing arrived and the parcel could not be tracked through parcel force I phoned and was told that there had been a problem with 1500 parcels, mine included. No one had contacted me from Direct Golf to warn me of this which was remiss.
I cancelled the order and at least the refund was handled efficiently! I will now buy elsewhere I am afraid.
