I ordered my golf clubs with a sales adviser and I had them custom made. They sent me a dispatch number to track my clubs, only to find out the tracking was for 6 golf balls not my clubs. I called customer services but they couldn't find my shipment on the system and told me I had to wait until Monday to speak to the supervisor so he could tell me when to expect the clubs being delivered. I would expect a company of your size to keep this sort of information on the system. I had the order number but they still couldn't help me. Very poor!
