I placed an order on September 15th, immediately recieved order confirmation. So far so good..
On September 23rd having recieved nothing, no dialogue from Direct Golf, no dispatch note/email/text i decided to call and find out where my items were? "We havnt sent anything as one of your items isn't in stock" even though the website indiated that stock was available.
I asked as to why i hadnt been contacted to inform me of this situation to which i had "I dont know".
I was 'promised' the order would be sent out next day delivery and i would recieve it in time for an event i was organising prizes for.
September 24th - Money taken from account
September 24th - Stay in all day ....No Delivery. Call Direct Golf again to ask if anything had been dispatched "Our management are 'in talks' with parcelforce to find out what's going on as we have had problems with delivery lately"
September 25th - Event day, Stay in most of the morning for delivery....Nothing
Take a trip to American Golf to re-purchase everything that i had initially ordered from Direct Golf, so i had prizes to award...
September 28th - Still nothing, Still waiting.
The customer service on 2 occasions over the phone was nothing short of pathetic. As a continued 'buyer' for a monthly golf event im afraid i will not be using DG again.
