with ordering items online i waited 10 days and did not receive the items so i rang up and they said they were sent back to them so i ordered them again and payed extra then i did online another week when by and i received an email saying they have received the items for return and yet i didn't not even received them.
its been 3 weeks of waiting when i could of just ordered them from somewhere.
