Placed order on the 18/08 knowing that one article was out of stock and dispatch date given as the 23/09 called Direct Golf on the 25/09 to find that the other more important article was now out of stock !! Very disappointed as had no communication at all with ref from above and ended up paying extra for a more expensive pair of golf shoes and the original article that was out of stock I cancelled as no one could give me a date when it could be delivered
Got excuses re the warehouse dispatch not functioning then computer system !! These were the same excuses that I received 2 yrs ago when encountered a similar problem but this year decided to give Golf Direct another go but unfortunately never again
