Shocking service from Direct Golf. I ordered an expensive golf bag plus some accessories on a Monday and paid for next day delivery. It is a week later and no delivery has arrived, no phone call to update me or apologise, from Direct Golf. Also when I try to call their customer service number, it states their telephone system is down (for 2 days).
Beware of the lure of low prices as the service is very poor indeed. I still do not know if I will receive my order or a refund. Would not recommend and would not use again.
