Took 3 working days to pick and pack my order. Website showed it as pending even after it had been dispatched. My email asking for an update was never answered beyond the automated response, then the courier said it had been loaded on the wrong van by mistake, still haven't recieved it. Courier mistake aside, complete customer service failure.
