I purchased a Bushnell Neo plus from DG three weeks ago and the rubber USB cover broke off after the first charge. I called DG the following day (Sunday) to ask about the returns policy and was told that the customer service team would contact me via e-mail to discuss this, they didn't work on a Sunday. I am still waiting for them to contact me! All I want to know is, do I have to post it back and wait for a replacement or can I return it to my local store at Ingleby Barwick?
