Not entirely DG's fault, apparently they had computer problems which delayed despatch of the order (a load of golf balls) for about a fortnight. However, no information was forthcoming until I emailed to enquire why the order after over a week was still 'pending' when the situation was explained. I then received an email informing me the problem was fixed and did I still want the order to which I replied in the affirmative. A week later still no order, contacted them again and the order, for some reason, had not been despatched - which to be fair was done immediately, but not before I had had to buy some balls at a MUCH, MUCH higher price (it was a good job I won some in the 'twos' competition in the meantime, which alleviated the pain in the wallet a bit).
