Very poor! Have been a customer online and in-store for years no issues. However over a month ago I ordered 2 gloves online, 3 weeks later received or heard nothing, a week of chasing and having to go instore after 'line faults' at customer services I was told to email as currently the company is going into administration and I'd have to chase for a refund, the store salesmen also told me lots of other people in same situation. I got home and emailed, with a quick response, my request for a refund was accepted and email received confirming I'd have the money back in 5 working days. Have I had the money - no, have I had a reply to the email I sent on the 6th working day asking where my money was - no. Buyer beware a good company which I would of highly recommended I would now strongly advise to Stay away from online. I'm chasing a meer £30, I'm just glad it wasn't a few hundred!
