I was waiting 3 months for my order. Called so many times and left messages- no reply, sent emails- no reply. I understand Golf Direct has had some issues but at least send an automatic email explaining the situation and whether or not I've lost my money! When I finally got through, the scorecard I ordered was STILL not in stock after 3 months so had to amend my order.
This is a real shame as I've been a good, loyal customer to Direct Golf and with price matches everywhere else I'd now consider shopping elsewhere unless there was some sort of good will on Direct Golf's part. It's been a shambles quite honestly.
