I have purchased a golf bag about eight months ago. There is a fault on the strap and staff could not be more on helpful. I only wanted a strap and they said that they could not get this. I then said I wanted my money back or a bag as per the consumer credit act. They said that this was not part of the returns policy which is against the law. I would not trust this organisation with anything and will make sure that anyone I know stays well clear.
