I was waiting for my products for 2 weeks, received nothing and I had to chase to find out what was going on. It was apparently for a glove that was not in stock (out of an order of 6 other products). Eventually after chasing a second time and waiting another 3 or 4 more days they agreed to send me a replacement glove (slightly more expensive) however this was a john letters not a callaway. Overall why I am not told there is a delay is crazy and then for the explanation. Don't worry though they offered me a £20 discount off my next order....providing I spend another £100.
