Purchased a Sun Mountain H2NO stand bag on line, at what I thought was a very good price with free delivery. The following day I received a marketing email from Direct Golf with current special offers showing a reduction in the bag of £20.87. Thinking it might be too late I contacted customer services, who immediately offered a voucher to the value of £20.87. Excellent service with the bag arriving the following day. It was such a good service and value that I told a colleague at my club and he bought an identical one before the sale price increased back to the normal price.
