Having spent quite a lot of money in the last year at your shop in Dundee, I am quite dismayed to find that the points supposedly accrued are not being added to my account.
I also bought a Powakaddy which was supposed to include a free bag, this to be sent from powakaddy at a later date. Despite registering as required this never did materialise.
