The Customer Service Personnel were excellent. Quick and prompt reply. Trying hard and efficiently solving any difficulties. However, the Shipping Department should check that products are in 'Selling' condition before shipping it off. Especially to customers abroad. The returning and custom would cost both parties twice the amount of money, that one actually paid for the goods. I am pleased and annoyed at the same time. Direct Golf have excellent products but the slack in the checking of the quality of the product sold is quite frustrating. It almost make one wish that one has paid a little more else where but get a 'good, working and flawless product' from the beginning.
