Customer service was great and delivery of goods was also great. The only problem was the product I purchased ( Ecco Biom G2 shoes ) when spending this amount of money on a pair of shoes you don't expect them to take skin off your heels and give you blisters. I appreciate this is not Direct Golfs fault but please feel free to pass on to your suppliers.
