First impression was not good, it took a week for the goods to be delivered after payment had been taken from my card, then they were wrong.
Not the gloves which I had ordered, and not even the same size !
Freepost return was arranged by telephone, after 3 attempts to speak to someone, and then another week before delivery of the correct items.
The Mac Wet gloves, size XL are exactly what I wanted,
I shall probably give Direct Golf another chance, and hope for more efficient service.
