From order online to despatch seemed fine but txt messages from parcel force on delivery day wasn't received. I asked for it to be left at neighbours but wasn't received and so was taken to my "nearest "post office which wasn't my nearest causing inconvenience unfortunately,a little less satisfactory overall than my first experience unfortunately.
