My online experience was excellent. I had great advice from Ross Heslop and Scott in Customer Services. However there is a flaw in your service. It is Click & Collect. The service received from Edgware store was very poor. They did not seem to understand the importance and value of a fully integrated retail/online business. I felt they were not interested in me because I hadn't bought in store. I felt completely undervalued by them and their attitude was poor! Left me with a poor opinion of the in store experience .
