I encountered a little huccup back in April and Direct Golf were very quick to address it. I was told that a note had been added to my account regarding this incident and that at any future date should I order items, this note was to be honoured. It was.
Very helpful and courteous staff. Pity I couldn't order more items. Don't worry Direct Golf..... "I'll be back!!!".
