Went to the Farnborough store for a golf bag and the staff were not interested in helping me. Looked around for 15 minutes and not one person asked me if I was ok or if I needed help in anyway.
Then I went online to order the golf bag and was told it would be 24 hours delivery,36 hours later I had to go to Basingstoke post office to collect.
Will not be using Direct-golf again.
