Put my order in a week ago and still not received my goods. It has taken 3 phone calls from my wife and I to chase this up and I don't believe anything would have happened without us making contact.
I also notice from my bank statement that I have two extra charges, of a penny each, made from my account, on top of the charges for my order. Although these are insignificant amounts I would like an explanation as to why the charges were made.
