I ordered two items, one of which was a special order allowing seven days for delivery. That item arrived on time but the other item didn't. Five working days after I had made the order I decided to phone to check on it's whereabouts, when asked the lady said "oh what's happened is we have had a new system installed and it cannot cope with special and normal deliveries on the same order, and so it hasn't sent it out. Don't worry I will send it out Monday". When I questioned her saying that's not really the point she said she would send it out Saturday but it never came( they have now tried to deliver this morning!) At no point was there an apology for not keeping to your 3-5 day delivery standards. Not happy!
