although the service was good I found that using direct golf vouchers on line cost me 2.99 delivery.as I had asked my family for vouchers for xmas and my birthday [January] both times it deducted the delivery costs of my orders even though both orders were £75+ therefore reducing the value of my first £10 voucher to £7.01.it doesn't really matter now as I have told my family not to get me vouchers any more
