I placed an order with Direct Sight on 29/08/25, and despite having a straightforward prescription, my glasses did not arrive until 13/09/25 — 13 days later.
When they finally arrived, the glasses were packaged in a small plastic bag placed inside a very thin envelope, offering no protection whatsoever.
After only a few days of use, I noticed that the left lens was loose in the frame and wobbled from side to side, leaving me concerned that it may eventually fall out.
I contacted Direct Sight about this issue, and received a generic, copy-and-paste response from Maria with no apology or acknowledgment of my specific situation. I explained that I would like a replacement pair, but Maria informed me this was not possible and insisted I send the faulty pair back for repair. I made it clear that I do not have a spare pair of glasses with the correct prescription, yet Maria simply stated there was nothing else she could do.
This is extremely poor service. If you are considering purchasing from Direct Sight, I would strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.
